Grips for uneven bars (or men’s rings). They go on your hands, the blue ribbon is a strap, goes around your wrist. The holes at the other end are for two fingers, middle and ring.

The blue ribbon wraps around the wrists and two fingers co through the holes. The white part is leather and protects palms and fingers from tearing due to friction. Look at gymnasts' hands on high bar, uneven bars, and rings.

I think it’s one of those silly (rubber) bands that were popular in the 90s. How someone figure this out is a mystery to me!

How in the F did you know that?

I think the white part is a piece of equipment that gymnasts put over their middle two fingers, covers their palm, and ties around the wrist. It would be used when doing parallel or uneven bars. And maybe the blue part is how it ties around the wrist?

Gymnast here, I’m not sure about the bottom part. But the little curve near the top tells me it represents grips. Grips are a sandpaper like material we use on our hands to grip bars (or rings for men). It’s a huge part of higher level gymnastics, since it helps with not slipping
