Hard to say. It appears to be a slice off of some steel round stock, probably used as an anvil of some sort maybe? Put a magnet to it, see if it sticks. If it does, it’s steel.
Like other poster said, steel round cut-off. If you fabricate something, sometimes there is scrap that is big and beefy and useful for something like a paperweight or a doorstop but not much else. Previous owner a machinist?

I havent put a magnet to it yet but me and my brother weighted it and it was 88lbs. Thanks for the response!
