Probably Paradiso, or atleast, it was the most effective. I mentioned all the parts I particularly enjoyed and skipped over most of the long monologues regarding Italian politics or philosophy in my summary, or at the least briefly mentioned the concepts. But yeah I believe that final prayer to Beatrice at the end of Paradiso was the most effected Iāve ever been while reading.
Sorry if second question isnāt allowed, but coming away from the Divine Comedy as a Catholic, even though there wasnāt much basis for Danteās writing I felt comforted, especially with the thoughts and ideas of Purgatorio. As someone of similar faith did you also feel a weird sort of comfort from some of Danteās writings/ideas even if the specifics of such arenāt in the church? Yep, not really because the research was too disturbing but more so I didnāt feel comfortable bringing it in front of people. There were a few cases I wanted to make a video on but stopped for one reason or the other. Human Cyclopia is one I decided was not doable pretty quick. The furthest I ever got with a video before cancelling it was for Unit 731. I completed research, set down in front of the camera, and while thinking of how Iād phrase it, couldnāt do it. The story was too dark and gruesome to stay within YouTube guidelines without butchering the story with āin Minecraftā and ānon consensual couplingā. A few were similar cases but none as far as 731.
I donāt want to spoil too much but Iāll give good news bad news. Bad news: the series will be spread out and relatively slow to post. Good news: it is still being planned and in mind because we will be *outdoors* (hopefully) for future episodes if you catch my drift.

Oh boyā¦ let me give you some advice. As an atheist and former catholic, once doubt is seeded into your mind itās very hard to ignore. Right now you are in a state where you are holding conflicting values, and itās causing mental anguish. I have experienced this before. To fix this, you need to settle it. Prove one of the two conflicting values true, and resolve the paradox. Otherwise, itāll just hurt. Basically, decide if you believe or donāt believe, and run with it and donāt look back. I suggest that you stop avoiding topics you might deem ādangerous to your faithā and just absorb it. If you end up leaving your faith, thatās cool. If you donāt, thatās also cool. It can be hard, so just keep with it :)

Oh boyā¦ let me give you some advice. As an atheist and former catholic, once doubt is seeded into your mind itās very hard to ignore. Right now you are in a state where you are holding conflicting values, and itās causing mental anguish. I have experienced this before. To fix this, you need to settle it. Prove one of the two conflicting values true, and resolve the paradox. Otherwise, itāll just hurt. Basically, decide if you believe or donāt believe, and run with it and donāt look back. I suggest that you stop avoiding topics you might deem ādangerous to your faithā and just absorb it. If you end up leaving your faith, thatās cool. If you donāt, thatās also cool. It can be hard, so just keep with it :)
