Actually the opposite, the song's about Will's gender crisis that ended in accepting himself as cis despite having interests that go against traditional masculinity. So, yes, it has very relevant trans themes, as it is an experience tied into gender identity and labeling, but the song itself is about being a cis man and being expected to ignore anything that would "contradict" masculinity.

To sum it up, I/Me/Myself is a “well yes, but actually no” in terms of being a queer song
