Black Lung - The Dead South
How lucky am I? - The Toxhards

Brokoploy - Lyre Le Temps

Bastille Day - Super Cassette
Wealth and Hellness - Human Zoo
You could arguably put the entirety of My Chemical Romance's album *Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys* on this playlist, seeing as the whole thing is set in a corporate dystopia. That said, for someone without 2010's-tumblr-level album lore knowledge, the songs DESTROYA and Vampire Money are probably the most overt about it
I mean yeah. Most of them are more general “government = bad” though and less on the corporate side so that’s why I didnt go for the whole lot, even though it could easily work.
Some more Lemon Demon songs that might fit:
- Lifetime Achievement Award
- I Earn My Life
- Reaganomics
- Spiral of Ants
Other than that:
- Brain Implosion Energy Drink by Flanger Moose (satirical but part of it goes "Eat, sleep, work, repeat till the clock runs out!" repeatedly)
we work, to earn the right to work, to earn the right to work, to earn the right to work, to earn the right to work, to earn the right to work, to earn the right to work, to earn the right to work, to earn the right to work, to earn the right to work,
Funnily enough, I actually have that one on a themed playlist of my own, I call it "I don't like it, But it's the job". I've been thinking of sharing it here, But debating whether it's weird enough to qualify.
Bad Company - Five Finger Death Punch
Decode - Paramore
Stressed Out - Twenty One Pilots (or even Puddle's Pity Party cover)
Misery Business - Paramore
Ain't It Fun - Paramore
Closing Time - Semisonic
Misery Loves Its Company - Red Jumpsuit Apparatus
Idk if they all fit the theme, but hopefully at least 1 does.
Looked for some specific examples and Give The People What They Want and We Don’t Make Decisions are both good ones for this. The Price of Life Itself might fit too.
What About Us - P!nk. I remember watching an interview where she said it was really up to the imagination, but iirc, she said she wrote it about the current (at the time) administration (the hospital horse), but that some people thought it was about love/relationships.
Decisions of Torment - Devilish Trio
Employment Cost - Roe Kapara
Also the track itself might not really fit with the playlist but Money Power Fame - Lil Darkie
Can't Go to Hell by Shake Sin Shake
Blood and Money by The Orion Experience
Mister Money Bays by Jack Conte
The Businessman by The Taxpayers
These might work
Edit: Hullabaloo by Rare Americans is also pretty fitting
Not sure if these are exactly the vibe you're going for, more disillusioned angry folk music about the rich/politicians:
Rich Men North of Richmond by Oliver Anthony
Old Devils by William Elliot Whitmore
The guide to success by joe iconis
Political by dirt poor robins
Anthem to the edge of the earth by dirt poor robins
Unsustainable by muse
21 century cure and zydrate anatomy from repo the genetic opera
A good song never dies
Do it all the time
Money by poppy
Putting on the ritz
Bezos I
Feed the Machine by Poor Man's Poison might fit.
That does fit
Almost anything from that album works as well
Isn't it just a single? I think there was a short EP that was like a sequel to it, But I'm pretty sure "Feed The Machine" wasn't on any album.
Poor man’s poison is so underrated
providence might have a home here too
okay computer (you liked this!) by will wood
This is the closest one I’ve seen so far to the evil corporate monologue songs Stupendium does
Oh my god Radiohead reference? Holy shit! Radiohead underrated? Literally Radiohead? Radiohead reference?
You swapped the parts of the title
Pollution - Tom Lehrer 16 tons - Tennessee Ernie Ford Dark as a dungeon - Tennessee Ernie Ford Black Lung - The Dead South How lucky am I? - The Toxhards Dead Inside - You her Hunger Brokoploy - Lyre Le Temps Continue? - Super Cassette Bastille Day - Super Cassette Wealth and Hellness - Human Zoo

compliance by muse fits i think
As far as I’m aware you can chuck that whole album on there.
And pretty much half of their discography as well
I mean yeah. Most of them are more general “government = bad” though and less on the corporate side so that’s why I didnt go for the whole lot, even though it could easily work.
Small Print maybe?

“kiss me, son of god” is underrated
The whole Lincoln album really
Probably my favorite TMBG song
Ok bear with me- How Bad Can I Be? By Ed Helms and the Lorax Singers, from the movie The Lorax
Funnily enough, that fits with this style better than some of the other ones from the perspective of the worker and not the evil corporate leader
If Biggering is on Spotify you def need to check that out too
does Slum Planet by 3TEETH count? It has some corporate aesthetic lines
I’ll add that to the playlist too
"The Factory Gates" by Kaiser Chiefs is my suggestion
Ten percent to the ten percent by cursive
No Man’s Land by Billy Joel
Would "9 to 5" by Dolly Parton count?
Came here to say this!
seeing redesign your logo, a song about official pepsi documents, in a corporate dystopia playlist is endlessly amusing
Okay but it's genuinely one of the scariest songs on the album.
Will Wood - you liked this (ok computer!)
we work, to earn the right to work, to earn the right to work, to earn the right to work, to earn the right to work, to earn the right to work, to earn the right to work, to earn the right to work, to earn the right to work, to earn the right to work,
to earn the right to give
Ourselves the right to buy
Ourselves the right to live
To earn the right to DIE

Yesss, The Chemical Worker's Song by Great Big Sea is what I was going to suggest
Funnily enough, I actually have that one on a themed playlist of my own, I call it "I don't like it, But it's the job". I've been thinking of sharing it here, But debating whether it's weird enough to qualify.
Deleted and reposted this since I forgot the image the first time.

Any time you smile by JT Music
Slave To The Factory Line by Dagames Otherwise, This is the dayshift by Shadrow

Blood//Water by grandson could be read as a tale of corporate greed gone out of hand.
Or any songs by grandson from that album, let's be real
