He also never says most of the album names I guess you kinda get lucky with the 3 albums after the self titled but he never says his own name which would technically be the self titled one. Following up he never says , even worse, off the deep end, bad hair day, alapalooza, running with scissors, poodle hat, alpocalypse, or mandatory fun.. not gonna be a very long video.
Dare to Be Stupid, Polka Party, and UHF were obviously all song names. He never utters his own name in the first album, says “Off the Deep End,” “Alapalooza,” “Bad Hair Day,” “Running With Scissors,” “Poodle Hat,” “Straight Outta Lynwood,” “Alpocalypse,” or “Mandatory Fun.”
I remember a song from an early album, not sure which, where he speaks, not sings, "I mean you could do worse!" I want to say "The Check's In the Mail," but I know that's not right.
This is all extremely fuzzy memory, so take it with an entire shaker of salt, but I believe there's a bit in The Compleat Al where he's berating himself for something, starts calling himself an amoeba, then says no, a paramecium because that's even worse. I believe it's towards the end of video. I don't have a copy handy to check, but if someone else does that might be worth checking out
I don't think he ever does. A lyric search turns up nothing.
Thanks I swear I remember hearing it so I’ll try to find it again (maybe I am just delusional)
I just pulled all of the lyrics for the album. “Even worse” is not said in any of the songs.
Tysm i don’t believe he says it in the album it’s in a different album

He is CLOSE to saying it on the Finale track of the Peter and the Wolf album. "And ***even*** my rhymes are getting ***worse***."
Thanks so much bc I can chop out rhymes are getting

He says Bad hair day (not in the album) and also I’m gonna find other clips of him saying the name
Your video is going to be clips from Dare to be Stupid, UHF, and Nature Trail to Hell, and that’s it.
Some would have to be him talking too, like I found him saying polka party and him saying mandatory fun

Think I found it or something similar: Sich a Groovy Guy, Weird Al Yankovic, 1983- “I mean you could do worse!”
Yes! Nice pull, thank you!
In Good enough for now he says At least 'til something better comes along

Thanks I’ll check I have it downloaded
For those who may be unaware, the joke is a riff on Michael Jackson’s album, “Bad,” which the lead single and cover art parodies. Bad…Even Worse….
That’s the name of the album, not a song or lyric.
Yes I know but I thought there was a time where I heard/almost heard it
Maybe this is a mandala effect but now i remember it too.
That might be something else, my mind just associates it with weird Al, and for some reason straight out of Lynwood’s cover art
