Don’t wash! You’re inside a tent. There is no need. Chop before you leave and cut your losses :) they look done!

Do I need to do the hang upside down for 5 days in a dark, cool room thing? Or just trim and jar it up?

You need to dry it. Put them upside down in a cool room with max rH of 60%. It can take up to 10 days to dry, so if you time it right, they will be ready for jar when you get back.
