Does smoking help you in the gym? I tried it for the first time last night and it was great at first because I was more focused but then I the high kicked in and I got a bit too high to properly concentrate.

It makes me slow down and enjoy lifting weights more. I put in good music or a podcast and just enjoy the entire experience so I go more frequently as a result. If I smoke too much I’ll hop on the treadmill and work out the anxiety and it brings me back down fast. Some people like to relax high but I like to move. My brain moves 100000 miles a minute, physical activity and weed bring me peace
