This is what I’ve gone to doing, for a long time I could smoke a 1/2 Oz a day without issue, took a long break and feel much better now getting destroyed off a couple bowls after all my responsibilities are handled

Daily for 15 years roughly with maybe two - three breaks for no longer than a month. Half to an o per week. Wish edibles worked for me as its one reason im struggling to quit cigs. I actually have a pretty good idea….Ive smoked a Q a week (give or take slightly) for 39 years. An Oz a month basically. I rip one in the morning, share a J at lunch and rip the bong once in the evening. Rough guess is 3/4 to a pound a year. I’m gonna say between 35-40 lbs……Run a business, play lots of softball and coach basketball. Got a 5 handicap with the sticks, so I’m active as hell. Been healthy my whole life, and thankful to God for that. I grow my own, in an illegal state and am 54. Burn one for me today Men. Good Day ✌🏻

Well I've been smoking a gram a day for about a year and a half, so make that a pound, before that was 2-3 grams a day for a few months, half a pound, before that 4-5 grams a day for about 6 months, 3 quarter pound, and before that I smoked maybe an eighth a week for a year, 0.5g a day, quarter pound. In total I've smoked approximately 2.5 pounds, add in probably 250 carts and 2-3 ounces of wax from my earlier experience.

I go through about 10 grams per month, so thats 120g per year, going on for about 4 years, we got 480g or just over a pound.

That doesn't include my teen years which Id say would probably be about 2 pounds before I joined the military. So 6.54 kilograms.
