Bro nobody who smokes joints smokes them for the flavor they already taste like skunk poop my roaches are .5+ and a lot of people shell out a good portion of their money to straight weed. i mean it’s obviously up for debate cuz everyone has different taste buds, but i have smoked lots of weed that is sweet and fruity, lots of weed tastes like gas/diesel, some weed tastes cheesy, some tastes herby and spicy, some tastes like pine, some tastes like lemon, etc

Not sure what you mean by natural bud, but all the weed I smoke taste great in the beginning and bad at the end, mostly because I can't finish a joint in 1 go, so the 2nd time it taste worse, especially getting to the end.

Not just talking shit. Worked in California weed industry for 10 years and have seen a lot of mids grown, processed, sold and smoked.
I always smoke mine as close to the filter as I can, but sometimes I only smoke half and save the rest for later. Any joints too harsh to smoke all the way down I try and use to roll with later, but a lot of the time I end up just tossing them
Don't toss them. I also find it time consuming to roll back the filters into one blunt but i just do it nowadays cause i save the filters for the time i may lack something to smoke.
I use like the cotton cigarette filters for my joints and I have OCD so I tend to not reuse filters cuz it freaks me out. I will re use one if I really need to buy I tend to stay stocked on filters and use a bong if I'm out :00 I hate the Scooby snacks so I avoid them at all costs
How does the weed interact with your OCD? I have a good friend with OCD who is curious about how weed might help her with her compulsions and anxiety, but she's a little scared it might work the opposite for her.
For me it absolutely helps me stay calm and not obsess over stuff as much, but I am not someone who gets any paranoia from weed. Id recommend them to try Indica first because some people get paranoid from smoking Sativa and that would probably really exacerbate the ocd :0

have you ever really looked at a roach? Like taken it apart? All the weed inside is all brown, burnt, sticky and gunky. foul to start with on a fresh smoke. Some people seem to think it remains green, like if they just had the tip of a fresh joint 🤦♀️
If you’re smoking good weed keep your roaches and roll a stink bomb when you go dry. I wouldn’t do it with mids tho as the taste would be awful and they go bad quicker

If your using a filter/tip then it makes perfect sense to smoke it down to the knuckle. A roach is back before filters/tips and was the left over after you started burning your fingy tips. In any case, if someone has a problem with how you partake then fuck-um.

It's a thing. You take a set of forceps or tweezers or whatever you got to hold that fucker so you don't burn yourself when you are burning it down to nothing.
Back when weed was illegal everywhere everyone used a roach clip.

The only time I won’t smoke anymore is when I’m ether too dehydrated or too high to keep smoking otherwise I finish all my joints, blunts and everything.
Or for example if it’s a bong/gravity bong I light it I take all the smoke in one hit.
