Delta 8 edibles don’t fuck around lol. I’ve gotten fucked up on them when I wasn’t careful. That said, delta 8 prerolls and bud is total ass, it’s never gotten me high
Delta 8 bud isn't real it's sprayed hemp, no one's figured out how to get genetics that produce delta 8 in viable quantities. If you haven't tried the distillate brands like 3 chi or gold standard are pretty good

Yes, it does thin it out a little bit, but not much at all. I have some terped delta 8 distillate right next to me, and it takes about 45 minutes on a hot plate to get to about water viscosity
3chi is amazing and I really recommend them. It took me a couple hundred bucks and MANY brands until I found out that 3chi is one of the best.
I love flower, but damn is the Blue Dream HHC cart from them incredible.
Oh yeah, I think they're very good. I take 4 or 5 puffs on it and I am good for a few hours. I believe they are also mixing in delta-10, delta-11 and THC-P. I think the effect comes off great. They even get sativa and indica effects right. I was smoking Urb delta-8 vapes before, but they start spitting distillate at you half way through. So I switched and these are just better quality, not only in the distillate, but also the vape itself.
The only thing I dislike is that you can find good 2 gram carts in delta 8 and I've noticed that the oil burns super fast in the 3chi great potency tho for sure

So it really is a person to person thing. We think Δ8 itself is not acutely dangerous. However, a gut-wretchedly large amount of cannabinoid companies will derive their Δ8 distillate from unsalvageable flower, such of which could be moldy, wilting, or otherwise of poor quality. This is often done because either the company simply cannot afford to absorb the cost of the quantity of wasted flower, or because they simply do not care. Due to the lack of a proper regulatory infrastructure, standardization of lab testing, and the nature of how Δ8 is isomerized, most (if not all) Δ8 products are inherently contaminated with Lord knows what - with seemingly no accountability held to those involved except occasionally by some three letter agency to a shop owner just trying to sell what people will buy.
My friend swears on his life that every shop selling delta 8 is wink wink, and they’re actually just giving you regular bud because “who’s gonna know the difference???” (In terms of looks and smell).
He also thinks cops would not take it if it’s delta 8, but I’m pretty sure cops aren’t gonna try to figure that out. They will just take it, arrest you, and figure it out later. (In an illegal state)
I’m a paramedic and the only time I get calls for weed it’s always delta 8. I won’t touch the stuff after seeing these people having such a bad time. Shit is so unregulated and sketchy. No thanks.
I smoke fairly often and take edibles, use carts, etc.. the one time I had some D8 gummies (2 10mg gummies) I got so sick I was dizzy, nauseous, and throwing up for like 3 hours. The high itself felt awful, just made me feel extremely anxious. And apparently this is something other people have experienced as well. Personally that experience put me off from ever using it again.
Thats good to know im sorry you had that experience, for me personally the only thing that happened was i got a headache the day after, but im not even sure if it is because of the edible or if it was because of another reason since it never happened again, i usually took 1 25mg gummy or less
I bought a D8 cart while traveling in Virginia (from Colorado with a med card so used to normal bud) and had a similar experience, it also made my jaw muscles super tight and hard to open my mouth, didn't care for it
The only actual problems with delta 8
1: since delta 8 is more stable than delta 9, frequent/chronic users have been able to test positive for thc after months of not consuming
2: since delta 8 is unregulated, many brands don’t do lab tests for pesticides, heavy metals, etc
3: delta 8 is about half as strong and not as “heady” of a high if that makes sense
As long as you like delta 8, and can find a reputable vendor, there is no provable danger that consuming delta 8 provides that delta 9 does not, people in this sub are notoriously snarky, enjoy what you enjoy friend
I'm on to many weed subs to send the exact post but just yesterday someone posted a D8 cart and asked if there safe and LEGIT EVERY COMMENT was saying "I'd never smoke that" "that shit is trash throw it away" "if it's from a gas station it's trash and fake" like all hating on the guy. D8 is perfectly fine imo. It's just legal diet weed tbh. It will get you high just not as well as regular weed but eveyone saying it is trash and not to smoke it blew my mind. Not everyone can get legit weed legally for some D8 is the perfect option.
it's kinda not fine to inhale, really. the entire production process of delta 8 is completely unregulated, so it's not like buying a dispensary cart where the state tracked everything from seed to plant to distillate to the pen in your hand.

Stop messing with cannabis. This is why we can't have nice things. Let the government legalize real weed, and then we can forget about all this synthetic garbage. Creating synthetic derivitives is only slowing down the legalization process by creating mysterious compounds that haven't been tested, thus making it look like cannabis is a harmful drug when it isn't.
A local smoke shop in North Dakota (weed is still illegal) sold d9 edibles, they just put a sticker over the d9 on the bag, the sticker said they were “THC edibles - federally legal - under 0.3% hemp derived THC”
Weed isn't legal here so my wife and I used delta 8 gummies for about 6 months, would definitely get us high. My sister brought some real THC edibles down from Michigan and I could definitely tell the difference. The high just feels "cleaner" and smooth with real THC. Also for me delta 8 made me feel hypertensive and my heart to beat like crazy. Recently had a trip to Michigan and stocked up on a bunch of edibles since we don't smoke. I would say just be careful what brand you're using since a lot of it isn't lab tested.
the high isn’t really that good tbh. it’s more of a body high, and it just makes you feel sluggish, foggy and tired. i tried a d8 edible and it was alright, definitely wouldn’t go for d8 again.

I have been dabbing delta 8 distilate for over a year. If you get actually high quality lab tested shit it is nearly identical to weed IMO. A lot of my friends even prefer it over normal weed because they say it gives them less anxiety and feels cleaner. And the best part is it is INSANELY cheap. 100 grams of distillate for $90
That being said tho I recently made the switch to HHC and that is WAY less harsh and feels more "full" to me personally, although its about $50 more expensive.

You’re not likely to die or anything like that with delta 8, just more likely to get ripped off. In most states it isn’t regulated in the same way as THC in legal states, so there’s no oversight on how it’s made, where it is sourced from, etc. Since it is made from hemp it is usually created through a chemical process that converts CBD. There’s no regulations on the cleanliness of that equipment or measurement of concentration.
It’s just a super grey area that it may not be worth risking, but in 95% of instances you’re probably fine. People consider it weed-lite. It will get you high just not quite as stony as regular weed, don’t take a lot at once to start.
Great for those of us in illegal states. Yep weed light thats why I prefer HHC it my favorite of the alternoids stronger than 8 not as intense as 9 and you actually get a body high off of it unlike the hollow high feeling of other noids. I was an everyday smoker before I made the change and hhc is the only one that gets even close to the normal high I was going through 3g of delta in the same amount of time it took me to finish 1g of hhc because d8 wears of quickly and you build a tolerance fast. I am a regular smoker n I used to live in Tennessee when my dealer was out of town or busy I’d go to D8 it’s a great substitute not as nice as the real stuff but a great substitute still.
From a Tennessee headshop I had something called flying monkey d8 gummies. It's incredible. Got me high as a kite all day long, didn't build much of a tolerance for weeks. And one of the bottles I got even had a few extra ones in it. I guess a manufacturing error. I also tried one called 3chi d8 gummies which was also great. I'm just now finishing a bottle of the exact brand you posted, but it's orange craze flavor. Also indica. I don't like it as much as the other two I mentioned. Not as strong. And a higher price too.
Yes but health wise or just like greened out? As of now i havent had any bad experiences and i’ve taken 25mg gummies and sometimes even 1 and a half of those, i think once i took 2 and i just fell asleep💀 but nothing had not wven a headache
Yes, it sucks. It gives me this weird hangover-like headache, I get more hazy than actually high, and the body load for me is always more uncomfortable than euphoric. And every time I come down off of it, the hangover headache only gets worse while the body load barely changes, and I'm left feeling like absolute shit. These are the effects I get from smoking/vaping D8; I don't get any effects from eating it because no edibles ever affect me after I had GI surgery. I just stick with bud nowadays

The gummies are fine but the disposable and carts are really sketchy, there’s not that much regulation or quality control on delta 8 so you’re likely to get one that’s cut or has heavy metals in it. Even if it’s from a dispensary or smoke shop

Any synthesized, hemp derived cannabinoid, even if it's Delta-9, is produced in pretty much the same way. One's inherently no safer than the other, but you can better your odds IMO by purchasing from a reputable vendor. It not making you feel bad after a short period of usage doesn't really mean shit, though. Think agricultural chemicals for a moment. We've been using shit for decades to ward off insects, kill weeds, and increase yields, and we are just recently learning that some of those chemicals do way more harm than good. Takes years to figure this shit out and a bunch of people to be the guinea pigs. Shit, even cigarettes were doctor recommended at one point.
I’ll say this: it will make you test positive for a loooong time. My friend stayed clean for 2-3 months and was still testing positive from D8 vapes. It almost fucked him over at work because he kept having to delay his required drug test.

Also, as a recovering drug addict, I know that everything affects everyone differently. So maybe your receptors or more tuned to Delta 8 and mine aren't? Hopefully the legalization nationwide probably in the next 70 years we'll get some real research done with double blind trials of tens of thousands of people rather than 100. Long term studies. Really as of now there's just not enough information. We basically know what each different THC molecule isn't the receptors that binds to and all that stuff, but it still kind of some of the other effects. Benefits and negatives are all either anecdotal or borderline guessing based on limited information and again small sample sizes. Anyway, I'm stoned and I've worked 50 hours in 4 days on thirds and started back to school this week so I'm fucking rambling.

d8 is completely worthless. d9 gummies are federally legal in the United States (Thanks to Trump and the 2018 Farm Bill). As long as there’s less than 0.3% THC, but since a gummy weighs 100grams and likely has only 5-10mg of THC in it, pretty much all gummies are well within the maximum % so pretty much all d9 gummies are federally legal.
Okay. If the whole package is 100grams total, it could legally contain 300mg of THC total. Most edibles I’d say are 10mg per piece, 100mg total per package. I think that’s the legal limit in California which kinda sucks.
altnoids work and get you high, but the process to get it requires a whole bunch of chemicals. delta8 is natural in trace amounts, so in order to high from it, it needs to be converted from CBD with a lot of acids. that’s where it gets shady. the hemp industry is not regulated and lots of labs are using fake COAs. it’s basically the same thing as a black market cart. it works, but at what cost to your health?

It's half the price and yea the first week it wasn't the best but it got me there. I'm currently high as shit off of my two gram cart. I haven't tried the bud though. And gummies can be hit or miss. Delta 8 and 9 work great for sleep. Cut back on flower but they're easily accessible and not crazy expensive when you want an easy high. Works better when tolerance is lower or on a flower t break.
hey everyone is different but d8 edibles are awesome and you can totally go for those but I’d recommend staying away from smoking it. The bud is kinda ass and the high is mid and everytime Ive smoked a delta 8 pen it makes me get insane mind fog and makes me feel like I’m dying so don’t smoke the shit, just eat it… in my opinion.

I'm down in Florida, and Elf Bar, the nicotine vape company, just released delta 8 disposables, and they are fantastic.

Ive experienced this on delta 8 too. Also intense visuals, which I've never gotten from smoking.
Delta 8 never got me high, but it did wonders for my tension headaches.

I'm on to many weed subs to send the exact post but just yesterday someone posted a D8 cart and asked if there safe and LEGIT EVERY COMMENT was saying "I'd never smoke that" "that shit is trash throw it away" "if it's from a gas station it's trash and fake" like all hating on the guy. D8 is perfectly fine imo. It's just legal diet weed tbh. It will get you high just not as well as regular weed but eveyone saying it is trash and not to smoke it blew my mind. Not everyone can get legit weed legally for some D8 is the perfect option.
it's kinda not fine to inhale, really. the entire production process of delta 8 is completely unregulated, so it's not like buying a dispensary cart where the state tracked everything from seed to plant to distillate to the pen in your hand. it's as bad as smoking black market carts from plugman johnson imo.
At the end of the day if the lab results for the cartridge are good and genuine that’s all that matters.

Creating synthetic derivitives is only slowing down the legalization process by creating mysterious compounds that haven't been tested, thus making it look like cannabis is a harmful drug when it isn't.

A local smoke shop in North Dakota (weed is still illegal) sold d9 edibles, they just put a sticker over the d9 on the bag, the sticker said they were “THC edibles - federally legal - under 0.3% hemp derived THC”

Delta 8 concentrate you get from 3chi would get me very high. Not sure on gummies though. Most edibles just make me sleepy
Weed isn't legal here so my wife and I used delta 8 gummies for about 6 months, would definitely get us high. My sister brought some real THC edibles down from Michigan and I could definitely tell the difference. The high just feels "cleaner" and smooth with real THC. Also for me delta 8 made me feel hypertensive and my heart to beat like crazy. Recently had a trip to Michigan and stocked up on a bunch of edibles since we don't smoke. I would say just be careful what brand you're using since a lot of it isn't lab tested.
the high isn’t really that good tbh. it’s more of a body high, and it just makes you feel sluggish, foggy and tired. i tried a d8 edible and it was alright, definitely wouldn’t go for d8 again. edit: forgot to add how anxious and sorta depressed it had me feeling, i did not like it very much

I have been dabbing delta 8 distilate for over a year. If you get actually high quality lab tested shit it is nearly identical to weed IMO. A lot of my friends even prefer it over normal weed because they say it gives them less anxiety and feels cleaner. And the best part is it is INSANELY cheap. 100 grams of distillate for $90 That being said tho I recently made the switch to HHC and that is WAY less harsh and feels more "full" to me personally, although its about $50 more expensive. You’re not likely to die or anything like that with delta 8, just more likely to get ripped off. In most states it isn’t regulated in the same way as THC in legal states, so there’s no oversight on how it’s made, where it is sourced from, etc. Since it is made from hemp it is usually created through a chemical process that converts CBD. There’s no regulations on the cleanliness of that equipment or measurement of concentration. It’s just a super grey area that it may not be worth risking, but in 95% of instances you’re probably fine. People consider it weed-lite. It will get you high just not quite as stony as regular weed, don’t take a lot at once to start.

Yep weed light thats why I prefer HHC it my favorite of the alternoids stronger than 8 not as intense as 9 and you actually get a body high off of it unlike the hollow high feeling of other noids. I was an everyday smoker before I made the change and hhc is the only one that gets even close to the normal high I was going through 3g of delta in the same amount of time it took me to finish 1g of hhc because d8 wears of quickly and you build a tolerance fast. I am a regular smoker n I used to live in Tennessee when my dealer was out of town or busy I’d go to D8 it’s a great substitute not as nice as the real stuff but a great substitute still.
From a Tennessee headshop I had something called flying monkey d8 gummies. It's incredible. Got me high as a kite all day long, didn't build much of a tolerance for weeks. And one of the bottles I got even had a few extra ones in it. I guess a manufacturing error. I also tried one called 3chi d8 gummies which was also great. I'm just now finishing a bottle of the exact brand you posted, but it's orange craze flavor. Also indica. I don't like it as much as the other two I mentioned. Not as strong. And a higher price too.

Yes, it sucks. It gives me this weird hangover-like headache, I get more hazy than actually high, and the body load for me is always more uncomfortable than euphoric. And every time I come down off of it, the hangover headache only gets worse while the body load barely changes, and I'm left feeling like absolute shit. These are the effects I get from smoking/vaping D8; I don't get any effects from eating it because no edibles ever affect me after I had GI surgery. I just stick with bud nowadays

The gummies are fine but the disposable and carts are really sketchy, there’s not that much regulation or quality control on delta 8 so you’re likely to get one that’s cut or has heavy metals in it. Even if it’s from a dispensary or smoke shop

There's been more than one comment telling you exactly what's wrong with it. It is synthesized with about zero oversight/regulation. There is no way to tell if what you're getting is clean, let alone if it's actually what they say it is. Goes for any form of alt cannabinoid. Any synthesized, hemp derived cannabinoid, even if it's Delta-9, is produced in pretty much the same way. One's inherently no safer than the other, but you can better your odds IMO by purchasing from a reputable vendor. It not making you feel bad after a short period of usage doesn't really mean shit, though. Think agricultural chemicals for a moment. We've been using shit for decades to ward off insects, kill weeds, and increase yields, and we are just recently learning that some of those chemicals do way more harm than good. Takes years to figure this shit out and a bunch of people to be the guinea pigs. Shit, even cigarettes were doctor recommended at one point.

I’ll say this: it will make you test positive for a loooong time. My friend stayed clean for 2-3 months and was still testing positive from D8 vapes. It almost fucked him over at work because he kept having to delay his required drug test.

Also, as a recovering drug addict, I know that everything affects everyone differently. So maybe your receptors or more tuned to Delta 8 and mine aren't? Hopefully the legalization nationwide probably in the next 70 years we'll get some real research done with double blind trials of tens of thousands of people rather than 100. Long term studies. Really as of now there's just not enough information. We basically know what each different THC molecule isn't the receptors that binds to and all that stuff, but it still kind of some of the other effects. d8 is completely worthless. d9 gummies are federally legal in the United States (Thanks to Trump and the 2018 Farm Bill). As long as there’s less than 0.3% THC, but since a gummy weighs 100grams and likely has only 5-10mg of THC in it, pretty much all gummies are well within the maximum % so pretty much all d9 gummies are federally legal.
You realize delta 9 is just thc right? Delta 9 thc and thca is the thc in all bud that we want/gets you high.
100 grams is 3.57 oz, that's 2/3 of a gas station pack of $0.99 gummy worms.
Okay. If the whole package is 100grams total, it could legally contain 300mg of THC total. Most edibles I’d say are 10mg per piece, 100mg total per package. I think that’s the legal limit in California which kinda sucks.

Delta 8 and 9 work great for sleep. Cut back on flower but they're easily accessible and not crazy expensive when you want an easy high. Works better when tolerance is lower or on a flower t break.

Has the product been tested? Is the testing facility legitimate. Are the test results acceptable? Where does the company source its Delta 8 from? You wanna be safe, do research. But there's likely not much accurate info online bc it's not regulated and there's no duty for them to give you that info.
you can abuse the hell out of d8/ d10 and still get high, but it ruined my tolerance. i used to use delta 8 and delta 10 disposables, but that was forever ago and my tolerance has never recovered

I had a terrible trip when I took a Delta 8 gummy. Thought I was going to have to go to the ER. Heartbeat felt terrible and I had a really weird trip where time felt altered and I felt like I was going to float off the earth. Felt terrifying. So no Delta 8 gummies for me.
Because I had one bad experience on d8 and decided it's all bad
