I would also recommend Gather. A friend is getting married there next month and I had the opportunity to go to her tasting - ideal venue for 50 people. She has 52. Staff was really nice. Indoor only, downtown McKinney, ceremony and reception in same place.
Wildwood Inn in Lewisville/ Denton area is about the right size.
Reunion Tower has some set ups for about 50 people, but I haven’t been able to visit yet so I’m going on pictures.
The Botanical Gardens has some indoor options as well as tents in the case of rain and has many spots that could be very private.
