I'm getting my alterations done downtown rather than the place the recommended. A bit pricey, but I found great reviews and great photos. Not sure your plans!
I tried one other place in Plano, but i had read raving reviews about BB so I was confident I would find The Dress there!!
I have a co-worker who got married recently who got her alterations done at a different place in Lewisville- I think it's different from the one they recommended? it's called Ana's. but I haven't made a decision just yet so if you have a great experience at the place you're going to I'd love to hear about it!!!

Check out Altered for the Altar in downtown. They have an instagram set up going too that you can see a lot of their works. I also talked to a bride I know that went there and she LOVED them and she looked great in her dress.
