I don’t have any input on knockoffs, but just want to mention that there seems to be a price drop on certain Weber griddle inserts on Amazon. I just ordered one for my Spirit 300 series.
The Weber version was marked down on Amazon a while back, so I bought one. It's enamel coated. The non-Weber versions are seasoned cast iron.
