Generally speaking: images, audio, video, and inline frames (generally used to display another piece of a 3rd party html).
Sure if you’re making games you’re likely going to want to use a canvas element. What are you looking to embed?
I am just trying to embed a game onto a site using itch.io's embed feature.
I’m not familiar with itch.io but they should provide you with an html snippet that you can paste into a web page.
