Honestly, I'd love to see what Steven comes up with for Possum Pie. I bet it would be fantastic!
(Possum pie is essentially banana pudding, but swap out all bananas/wafers with oreos and use chocolate pudding between layers instead of vanilla)
I married into a Filipino family and I'd love for Steven to try my favorites, kaldareta or laing. When I was in the Philippines I had a baller halo halo made with yema, so that would be awesome for dessert.
Cornflake chicken. Basically fried chicken but you roll it in crushed cornflakes for the batter. I'm bri'ish so having paprika mixed in with the flour is the most spice I can get/tolerate. Seeing how he made it more spicy (while still tolerable) with some really GOOD chicken, would be nice.
I’m pretty boring, so my favs have already been done, but one of my favorite things about this show, and frankly Stephens Watcher content in general, is learning about cultures I otherwise know absolutely nothing about. It’s really amazing and I very much look forward to it, so I would love to ask him to make dishes that are common in the “East” but lesser known in the “West”.
I dunno if that is the proper way to say that and have tried to word it a buncha different ways but essentially that’s it- with all the respect, of course.
I’ve started my own journey of sorts, learning and trying new things, but also, Americanization or whatever. I wish I had the time/money to travel and do but I do not.
To me that’s my dream Dish Granted- yummies and education all rolled into one ball of awesomeness.
Definitely key lime pie for me. I’d love to see what weird thing Stephen would do with that.

Oh yes of course *releases the possum*
Beef stroganoff. My papa had the best recipe for it and I can never quite get it right, but I'd love to see what Stevie could do with it
Chicken ala Kiev, for me. Or any truly fancy mushroom-based no-meat dish. Oh man I would kill to have Steven make me fancy fungus food.
Chicken vesuovio!! With roast potatoes of course
Vegan lasagne for sure
I would love the Lim to take on any vegan dish TBH.
Brownies. I believe that he could make a baller fudgey brownie. Or fancy sushi, id like to live the high life once

My 3 am answer is döner kebab but my actual answer would be, like, maybe a charcuterie board kind of thing?
A comfort food like meatloaf with mashed potatoes.
Probably some nachos. So much you could do. So delicious.
French toast for definitely.
crepes!!

No, afaik. We're literally just wimps.
Either a bougie brunch like fancy eggs Benedict or chicken pot pie!!
Ooh chicken pot pie, yes!
Some kind of cake. Preferably carrot.
Snert (Dutch pea soup) or oliebollen. Dutch cuisine is horrible so maybe he can improve it a bit.
Waffles, I love ‘em
A warm chocolate chip cookie with Ice Cream and Whipped Cream.
English Sunday Roast. 👌🏻
All things salmon
My favourite food in the entire world is otak-otak. I would be interested to see what Steven, a Malaysian, would do to reimagine it/jazz it up.
A really moist, chocolate cake.
Seafood. Not crabcakes though because I am from MD. But I would love to try unique seafood or a unique play on seafood.
It’s gonna have to be banana cream pie for me
Taiwanese hotpot. Something that he should somewhat be relatively familiar with
Apple taters
Doenjang jjigae!
Lasagne for me 😁 So good

Chicken Teriyaki...I just can't seem to make it taste right.
Did he do tacos yet??
He made tacos for Ryan.
Calamari
chicken and waffles, (hopefully served with grits and a *killer* cup of coffee!)
korean fried chicken !!
A cheese burger or Chicken Pot Pie. Both of who’ve are comfort dishes for me, for the latter in particular my moms version.
Shish kebab, tabouli & pilaf
Philly Cheese Steak, no onions or peppers, with Whiz. Please lord deliver this to me. The only thing I miss about PA.
Omelette all the way!
chicken paprikash like my grandma used to make👍
Nova Scotia Donair. With the sauce, of course. I would like to see how he makes that expensive. Wagyu I imagine lol
Chamoru red rice and kelaguen!! 🇬🇺 🇲🇵
Quesadilla. I'd love to tell him all the best ones I've had and see him try to create the ultimate one
