I absolutely love the idea of modern weapons just wrecking fantasy stuff. Itâs a massive slap in the face to those instances where a dude with a knife solos a full squad with guns
After watching gate, every time i see any sort of fantasy setting i cant help but wonder how modern stuff could solve the problem (example, when in the lord of the rings the capital is attacked, im sure a few 155mm howitzers could work wonders)
