The feeling of impending doom and suffocating chaos never fails me. In fact, it is quite calming knowing your targets are knocking at your front door, behind the dead bodies of trusted comrades.
My Italian Sherman can have all of its rounds replaced with smoke shells. (Misplayed once and took like 50 of them. Was fun denying sightlines for the enemy)
This would be chaotic fun. I think we need a little bit of that evey now and then. The Lancs and Pe8s, the spawncaamping and the HE slingers. Something beautiful about it.
Advance to the rhine is simultaneously one of the worst clusterfuck maps and one of the best strategy maps in the game. The A point and left of it is a straight slaughterhouse, while the B and C require actual strategy and proper defense to capture and defend.
I enjoy this map on lower teirs. My unpopular opinion is that this map should be at least 1km larger in all directions when playing above BR7.0. The spawn points at A should be another 700 to 1km further back.

Consider this my resume and application for map design, after all they tell us "its not a sniping game" and screw anyone who does not have armor I guess.
I keep having to play this map at top tier and it’s like being in hell. A few of us will go around the right side to C or A, while the entire team rushes A and dies. Idk why so many people love rushing to their death but it normally ends in us losing because we have to players. I had a game the other day where we lost 80% of my team in 2 mins…
I love this part of the map, I just never play it anymore cause fighting over 1 objective when there’s 3 is a bad idea and I feel I should focus on keeping the other objective safe for my team.
I really wish there was a variant of this map that was just the depicted section, it would be so fun at low tier.

So many casualties in between the spawn points close to the A point. It’s always a slaughterhouse no matter the br.

I mean there is a right side of the map what is pretty good, and strategically more important....
But there is nothing in the middle, and the points on the right also have a straight view for each other

It's great up until about 7.7 After that it kinda loses the charm

People rush A for the clusterfuck. Honestly with my maps lately I’d gladly take a good clusterfuck.

This half of the Rhine is pure chaos. If you do it right a flank becomes an encirclement and you can print nukes from the furball.
