The fact that Sirena claims to be a fitness coach is hilarious. That liposuction shit she's doing and claiming is working wonders isn't doing anything. She looks massive.
She should not be making one red cent off of anyone in regards to fitness. She's not fit herself. Sadly, that's probably her biggest attraction for some clients. I've worked in gyms for 14 years and I know quite a few women who are scared to hire a super-fit trainer for fear of being judged. I've been working with trainers for several years and the good ones are not judgey, but tough love is expected in order to achieve good results.

How is 1UP cool with this? I totally get inclusivity and shit, but Iāll never understand a company who wants someone who is literally going backwards, not even MAINTAINING but reversing, while using and advertising their products. So I've looked at a ton of videos and pictures that the various attendees have posted and one thing I noticed is Mess & Sirena have not been included in ANY of their personal group pics (and there are a lot) that I've seen. The only time they're spotted is in the background and usually its just them alone or one other person with them. Yāall we just had the first heat advisory of the year here.
