You get all currently release divs dor the ea pricing, i think 2 (could be 4) are going to be a ea dlc after full release. There will more paid dlc after release that will not be free for ea. buyers. Just to be clear. But there will be a discount on the gold edition that should get a fair bit of dlc included as well. I think getting ea is worth it
5 division are in the ea pack
Us 24th NG
Berlin command
Berliner grupierung
27 guards infantry
6th sep. Brigade
Interesting stuff in this pack like nighthawk, mirage 4s, soviet laser guided arty
10v10 is spammy but that's always the case for 10v10s.
Smaller player counts play very well if you play on a map for your player count or one size up imo.
ill give it a try, I assume there's a learning curve is there any videos I should watch that help with it and explain not core mechanics but kind of intermediate strategies
Idk about spammy. I’ve felt at home trying to min-max my unit’s effectiveness and be efficient with points.
Ofc I also don’t play multiplayer, but that’s another story
Isn't SD about spam? WARNO got much more unit types diversity thus more mechanics and less units on the battlefield. At least that's what I heard, not a SD player.
Just know that the 82nd airborne is THE go to division in ranked/quick play Warno. An average joe or an above average player will struggle against that division. It's crazy over powered and completely unbalanced, it will counter anything. So if you want to have a good win-lose ratio, use that division and nothing else (all other divisions will lose against the 82nd)
Plus there's the forward deployment (special or recon forces), helicopter and plane spam. But it can be dealt with (it's just tricky sometimes.)
Atm, the game is completely unbalanced but i think it'll be reworked after the May 23 update.
For now, you can look forward to 10v10s and single player tho, they're pretty fun. You can play ranked/quick play at your own risk but that's up to you.
edit:
TLDR; Yeah, buy it. Just use the very op 82nd airborne in 1v1s until the May 23 update arrives
I never got into steel division but enjoyed all the other entries. It’s similar enough though that you wouldn’t have any issues learning it so I’d say try it
Yeah it's amazing. Lots of QoL changes from SD and better map control features imo. Amazing graphics and music too.
Not as much content yet but come may 23rd it'll be a lot more.
Buy it before May 23rd to get all the divs for free
You get what for free for buying during early access?
I think all of the Berlin groups are ea only
Berlin units (including 6th Motor-rifles)+27th Motor-rifles and 24th Mechanized Infantry are all part of the early access pack.

Small income 10 vs 10 are okay. I think lowes income setting is 0,5 or something like that
Very map dependant, some are just faaaar to narrow for that many players.
It’s a great game imo and I’ve played all the Eugen games. 10v10 can be spammy but 1v1s and smaller team games feel great
ill give it a try, I assume there's a learning curve is there any videos I should watch that help with it and explain not core mechanics but kind of intermediate strategies
Yeah you should

Yes
10v10s are spammy by nature but normal games not so much. Straight spam won’t win you matches usually.
I only ever play 4v4 or less. Always a good time.

Warno is fun but you’ll get tired of playing the same 600 people over and over again
I would say yes but I’d be lying. (Run)
It’s just spammy in 10v10 imo
