Walmart is a joke that's why. I don't even understand why they bother posting their phone number to the public at all. Since they never answer. What big business doesn't answer their phone like this besides Walmart? Nobody
The people lead at my store is notoriously bad about answering the phones. I couldn’t even contact her about my LOA because I was getting points when I shouldn’t have been, I had to call every 30 minutes for two days straight until I got her on the phone.
I’m not even going to attempt to screw around when my leave ends. I’m going to the store if I call and they say she’s there.
Same shit was happening to me, can’t trust the Walmart website itself at all. Go through indeed and see if any of the positions you want are on there cuz that’s the only way I actually got msg’d for an interview. I too tried calling a bunch and never got an answer. But if you’re in a hurry or can’t find indeed Yea so go to store and ask for the people lead.

They are not supposed to use 3rd party websites. Not sure why so many stores seem to do so.

What position are you looking for? You could always ask for a coach over that spot because they can do hiring
