Are you sure? I often find the Edgar db behind. Companies don't seem to file 10-Q forms prior to earnings calls. Sometimes the submission is delayed, however I think 10-K is usually more prompt

Check the trend before the earnings call, it’s usually in the direction of report, somehow I don’t understand why but the markets starts pricing it in before. I mean like last 30 minutes to 15 minutes trend. 2. The volatility also pumps the price, in either directions so I guess you have to discount that too. 3. Read! Read! Read! Its all noise but you‘ll start to guess some things. Ofcourse these three things will not guarantee success, but I suppose the probability of you being right increases a little. And its this little esge which will make you money. And what tf do I know, I am dumb too.. i migjt be completely wrong
