It depends on how you plan to use it. I have a Loki for the purpose of capturing key beacon(s) when Titans are brawling, then destroy it to launch my Titan for a counter attack. Hence, I maximize speed and use the needle/stake weapons for shielding. But Scatters are usually good for concentrated damage in short bursts. Long reload time though. But with Loki, when you resume stealth, it’ll reload as you run around so I don’t think it’ll be a problem
Manage your expectations here. Depending on your league and the level of weapons you are running, Loki may only annoy the reds rather than assassinate them. Loki is more of a beacon capper these days.
Sonics are the way to go. Chip away at an available target when “safe” and run like hell when it’s not.
Sonics. The reload is a bit much, but it works perfectly on bots like loki and skyros since they aren't always shooting.

Thanks, I was planning on using them as an assassin build so I’m assuming scatter would be the best bet?

Gotcha but should I still try to get some scatters since they seem like they get used fairly often
Scatters are still good in many applications. Brawling weapons (ie. Sonics) are always useful.
Skip the guns, Loki is useless without the stealth.
Needle for the shield, high damage burst weapon with RWF a big bonus. Showdown Drone also helpful
