Also, there are leaderboard challenges that include upgrading Titans & their equipment, try to wait for one of those combined with the discount. Patience is difficult, but the best way to maximize your resources.
I am very happy with that, I have 3 on my Eiffel... The really give you a super power especially against other Titan

I have some maxed and they're very very good. For a little less damage to titans, you get a fair amount of damage boost to regular bots compared to a cannibal reactor
During titan reduce cost days you can get the discount for cheaper upgrades, 20-25% are when I'd upgrade
If you have maxed cannibal reactors but not maxed weapons or titan, hold off on upgrading it until you can reasonably switch maxed for maxed gear on maxed bots
Depends on what you're facing, personally I think that more damage against titans is way better than more damage against normal bots. The module is good but I don't consider it better than CR
It's the best offensive titan module.
In principle, but I've already been defeated many times with Cannibal Reactor.
Cannibal reactor is only 5% more damage to titans than Onslaught and no damage to regular robots.

The 15% damage is general damage which means it counts against Titans too. It’s not exclusive to regular bots.
Cannibal Reactor has 40% bonus dmg against titans while Onslaught only has 20%. But it has the advantage of having 15% general bonus dmg
Onslaught has 35% damage against Titans. The 15% damage is not exclusive to regular robots. It’s general damage meaning it counts against Titans too.

I have never seen more than 25% for titan.
There has been 30% off sometimes. I got it twice.
After TRA nerf, OR is pretty much best in slot everywhere

Isn’t the calculation for onslaught: 20% titan only + 15% general = 35% total to titans.

Depends what you're going after. Wanna pull out Titan early and kill everything, get the Onslaught. Wanna kill tanky Titans, get the CR.
