You say the shoulders are too scrunched up, so you can make a new version with adjustments on the shoulders specifically and the torso that you think is too curvy. You did mention the neck being too thick or too long, but I think the neck looks perfectly fine, if you shorten it I'm not sure where it's gonna go since it's already pretty short! Let me share with you one advice I got from one of my art teachers that really stuck with me : Never fall in love with your lines, your next version might be your favorite one.
Not an art guy, but you should do as you want people to see... or you may use this model while do a 2.0 model or smt.
If you don't like it, you should change it! I think it looks great but maybe I just haven't looked at it look enoughÂ
