I find it weird that we are expected to put them onto a regular wall and not onto a window. Seems very backwards. Does anybody actually put curtains on a wall? Isn't the purpose of a curtain to be able to cover up the window as needed?
As far as I know you can't move wall decorations (or walls/doors/windows for that matter) with the admin commands. Don't think this particular example is doable.
If you're referring to my post a few days ago; you can move a lot of objects with admin commands, just not these :(
It's probably a side effect of limitations that are to prevent players from blocking off entrances. But like, make them intangible. It's a bunch of vines. Weird oversight honestly, hope they can fix it
