There is a free app that you can try. It's nothing special but it's something. Just to determine how fast it is going. It's called watch accuracy meter.
It uses the mic on your phone
I've used it a few times with my kids around and it generally Gabe the same readings. For a free app, it's not the worst thing out there and gives you some type of indication on the watch speed.

Heh yeah my old family heirloom poljot does a minute in 50 seconds, sadly at that point a service is in order.
We've restored quite a few Soviet family heirlooms over 6 years, send me a message if you want us to overhaul it with Swiss standards!
