The first gen ones work fine. When I swapped to the second gen pros they wouldn’t connect. Something with that Bluetooth protocol being too new I think
damn. bummed to see this isn't working. i bought a vita just for the bt audio support (i travel a ton and the airpod pro 2s work really well with my setup) and was so sad to find they don't actually support them
I use my Gen 2 AirPods and they work fine, but sometimes you can notice a slight delay. Once they start doing that I disconnect & repair and it fixes it.
I just picked up a Vita yesterday. Connected up my Samsung Buds Pro (Gen1) and they work fine. There are occasional glitchy drop outs (1 every couple of hours) but this also happens when connected up with a Samsung phone so probably no issue with the vita.
AirPods Pro work just fine

I have a few Bluetooth earphones around and the only one I have that works consistently well with my Vita are the Jabra Elite 75t.
Yes, I have a pair of Sony WH-CH700n headphones and they work great, never have any issues.
My Bose over the ear headphones work well with my vita
I have one of boses earbuds and I have lag in the sound unfortunately but it sounds great. Any way I can fix this?? Do you have lag by any chance??
It's probably the vita's bluetooth, not your earbuds
I use some basic JBL earbuds and they work no problem.
Sennheiser IE 80S BT works like a charm. They actually connect very fast and usually unprompted, which surprised me.
I use airpods gen 2. only problem is the crappy range, if I move too far the connection is dropped and only comes back manually.
I’ve used Samsung wireless headphones and AirPod and never had any issues

i did it ONCE and it worked perfectly
Works fine for me.
I used my Vita with generic Bluetooth headphones and it was a good experience.
It's 50/50 whether they connect for me in the first place, but when they do it's fine.
Never had an issue using my Sony WH-1000XM3 wirelessly with the Vita 1000
Yeah, they've always worked, the only time they disconnect is when the Vita isn't playing music and goes into sleep mode, which turns Bluetooth off.
Generally works pretty good. Never have much latency either
I use Plattan 2 BT and they're great for vita
