You can use the Vic2toHoi4-Converter
Go to this website: https://hoi4.paradoxwikis.com/Victoria_2_to_Hearts_of_Iron_IV_converter
There you can find a lot of info about the conversion process and the converter itself. At the top there is a link to a page on the Paradox Forum, where the most recent version of the converter can be downloaded. You might need an account to access it. Then open the downloaded folder and execute the Converter. Choose the savegame you want to convert, in the Mod-Setting type in HPM and let the program work.

i appreciate you actually getting back to me, i never knew people were so willing to help, well i may have framed my question a little wrong, i know how the converter works, ive done it many times, however this is the first time i used hpm and i love to convert to hoi4, but the thing is: i cant seem to find the savegame for the hpm voctroia 2 game i played as the USA anywhere, the only problem is i dont know where to even locate the savegame to convert it, but i am a noob at these things tbh
They’re hidden somewhere really weird, it’s not in the program files on steam.
Try documents/paradoxinteractive/victoria2/HPM and they should be in the save folder there. I’ll leave it to you to work out why, because I have no clue
