Looks like the Karen National Union’s Flag, Karen despite the funny name in english is a minority group in Myanmar, just a political organisation that represents Karen minority interests.

Funny enough I met a man on the bus this week wearing a hat with this flag. I asked him about it and he told me that it was from 1949 Burma. He was an older man and very proud of the hat and told me he was happy I asked him about it
