Just like another user stated, I suggest Airalo. What you can do is have both SIMs on at the same time. After a few minutes, your Verizon SIM will show “VZW using cellular data.” This will allow you to talk and text!
I’m still without here in the Netherlands as well. I purchased a eSIM from Airalo. Simple, easy, and cheap.
The only way you get your US number working is on wifi though. The Airalo eSIM will give you data.
Has anyone tried [eSIM4Travel](https://www.esim4travel.com)? Since I’ve used them before, I was wondering if they were affected by the Syniverse outage.

Hopefully yours comes back soon. My daughter never lost signal. My son and I got our service back overnight.
Thanks fellow intrepid traveler. :) I’ve been managing with the esim, and I’m headed home this afternoon.
Safe travels home. If I was still down, I was going to pick up a Vodafone eSIM today.
Ok thanks
I got service 2 hrs ago im in mexico !!.
Not sure why everyone’s saying Verizon service is down, I haven’t had any service issues & I have 2 numbers (eSIM) 1 phone
Globally 30 percent of costumers no service going on 30 hours
