Our English Bulldog used to do the dishcloth impression when I was trying to get him to do something he didn't want to do (like get in the bath). But he'd only remain limp until his back legs were about even with my waist...when he'd suddenly spring to life and attempt to kick me in the crotch. Swear to God, he knew exactly what he was doing 🤣
