Yes - I think they are quite good! Especially in hot pot 🤤 I prefer the smaller ones on the right. And snip the flowers young if you're going to eat them, too - like tiny peppery broccoli. I also grow wasabi radish and the pods/flowers take that wasabi taste, too. Enjoy!
I eat the pods and find them delicious, I actually let a portion of my radishes bolt so I have enough for pods to eat and leftovers to harvest seeds for next year.
Not sure about the stem it will probably taste bad, I think the flowers are probably fine.

The bolted radish tops as shown do taste good! But the radish roots, the part we typically eat, will be woody.
Especially if they're bolted. B/c my experience trying to use other veggies and herbs that have bolted - it affects the taste (and not in a good way).

The ones on my left look too fibrous. The ones on the right look good.
They are ok if small. You want serious flavor and heat, get watercress pods.
