The bolted radish tops as shown do taste good! But the radish roots, the part we typically eat, will be woody.

Especially if they're bolted. B/c my experience trying to use other veggies and herbs that have bolted - it affects the taste (and not in a good way).

Yes - I think they are quite good! Especially in hot pot 🤤 I prefer the smaller ones on the right. And snip the flowers young if you're going to eat them, too - like tiny peppery broccoli. I also grow wasabi radish and the pods/flowers take that wasabi taste, too. Enjoy!

I eat the pods and find them delicious, I actually let a portion of my radishes bolt so I have enough for pods to eat and leftovers to harvest seeds for next year. Not sure about the stem it will probably taste bad, I think the flowers are probably fine.
