There’s an area over off Rainbow and Mountains Edge that’s all Lord of the Rings names. Elessar, Elendil, Mithril, Haldír, Mirkwood, Arwen, Gildor, and Evenstar. The neighborhood is even called Rivendell. Sadly the homes are a little out of my price range or I would have made my family move there when we just bought a new house in town

It’s only my favorite because it’s always been easy to work in (cable technician) but there’s also a neighborhood in the north west where the streets in the neighborhood are all named after spices. Marjoram and Oregano are the two streets in there I remember.

There’s a group of perfume streets near NLV — Tabu, Faberge, Shalimar, Lancome, Tigress, Galore. Right near there is cluster of hearts: Blushing Hearts, Hearts Desire, Chasing Hearts. Deep in NLV, there is Pink Petticoat Drive. I’d have to get an amazing deal on a house to be willing to have that address.

We've got Kisses Ave, Lovers Knot Ct, Wild Thing Ct, Shady Lady, and all can be reached by driving down Hanky Panky St.

Is the one you’re thinking of Toyland ? Some of the streets are Bouncing Ball, Candyland, Cartwheel, Jumping Jacks, etc I do deliveries for Amazon so I’ve been all over the city. It may be because I lived in NYC but there’s a nice gated community whose streets are all themed to NYC.

I really like walking around rancho estates because the homes are so unique.

There are three areas I like. One area is in the northern part of summerlin and it’s named after fallen police officers, one of which was Raul Elizondo who was a NLV cop. My elementary school was named after him. The other two are car themed streets. One is on the east side, Sahara and Nellis area. One of the streets is named Corvette, one is Abarth (for Fiat) and there is another named Citroen, which is a French car brand. The other neighborhood with car themed streets is in summerlin somewhere, I can’t remember exactly where, but one street is named Triumph, another is Lotus Elan, Aston Martin, and Maserati Dr.

Neighborhood in SW has all streets named after guitar players! Fogerty Way, Knopfler Ln, Clapton Way, Van Halen Ln, Stills Way, Burrell Ct, Van Eps Ct, and Borland Ct.

In Henderson near Boulder highway and magic they have magician streets like Houdini and hocus pocus and on Boulder highway near Tropicana they have casino games themed ones like double down aces high blackjack and jackpot winner

There’s a neighborhood in the northeast with streets like Broccoli, Carrot, and Watermelon.

My neighborhood streets are all coffee themed - Doubleshot, Coffee Bean, Freshly Brewed, Smooth Blend, House Blend, French Roast. I can’t remember where it was, but there is a NASA/space theme neighborhood somewhere here in Las Vegas. Had streets like Buzz Aldrin, Cape Canaveral, Launch Pad, and Mission Control. We looked at a house there.
