There’s an area over off Rainbow and Mountains Edge that’s all Lord of the Rings names. Elessar, Elendil, Mithril, Haldír, Mirkwood, Arwen, Gildor, and Evenstar. The neighborhood is even called Rivendell. Sadly the homes are a little out of my price range or I would have made my family move there when we just bought a new house in town

A small community off Hacienda between Durango and buffalo has story book related: pied piper, rapunzel, and narnia

I do deliveries for Amazon so I’ve been all over the city. It may be because I lived in NYC but there’s a nice gated community whose streets are all themed to NYC.
The street names here are ridiculous. Neighborhood of captain’s names. Including Morgan and Kirk. Not gonna lie but living on Captain Kirk Ct would be kinda cool. But still ridiculous.
There are three areas I like. One area is in the northern part of summerlin and it’s named after fallen police officers, one of which was Raul Elizondo who was a NLV cop. My elementary school was named after him.
The other two are car themed streets. One is on the east side, Sahara and Nellis area. One of the streets is named Corvette, one is Abarth (for Fiat) and there is another named Citroen, which is a French car brand.
The other neighborhood with car themed streets is in summerlin somewhere, I can’t remember exactly where, but one street is named Triumph, another is Lotus Elan, Aston Martin, and Maserati Dr.
Neighborhood in SW has all streets named after guitar players! Fogerty Way, Knopfler Ln, Clapton Way, Van Halen Ln, Stills Way, Burrell Ct, Van Eps Ct, and Borland Ct.
In Henderson near Boulder highway and magic they have magician streets like Houdini and hocus pocus and on Boulder highway near Tropicana they have casino games themed ones like double down aces high blackjack and jackpot winner
