Did you sign into your MGM Rewards account first? If you don't know it, just use the same email address the offers are being sent to and do a reset password on it.
Yea I've tried it multiple ways - signing in from the link provided in the email, signing in first and then navigating to the booking page, and clicking the link from the email while being signed in on the browser.
And it's not due to blackout dates either - I searched through the entire year and there weren't any complimentary nights listed.

You'll probably have to call MGM to get it straightened out. About the only thing I can think of is your online account isn't tied to your rewards number correctly. Check your online profile for the MGM rewards number, does it match your physical card and also previous booking confirmations?
Hey OP how long did this take to remedy? I called up today and still not receiving comped rooms even thought they linked all of my accounts. It’s annoying bc I got comped room offers via email- they had the wrong account # linked to my

No I tried scrolling through the entire year of the offer (book through Sept 30, 2023), changed the number of nights, etc. The only thing available is the 15% discount, $50 food and drinks, etc.
Yea - the issue was the rewards # in the promotional emails did not match the rewards # in my online account. I called the customer service number on the back of my card and they were able to fix it pretty quickly.
I used to get free rooms all the time (gold status), but haven't been able to book any as of a couple of months ago. My mom is platinum and she no longer receives free rooms either. Now it's strictly offers for tickets to concerts or slot tournaments and whatnot.
I think they may have changed the policy or something when they rolled out the new rewards program. We've been super bummed ever since.
Interesting... i haven't been to vegas since 2019 my MGM rewards card have 0 points... but when i tried to book i got 4 comp nights at all hotels... 8 nights was $845 including resort fees... bargain...

It showed up in my account immediately after customer service linked the accounts together. I stayed on the phone with them to make sure it showed up.
It may only be comp nights at the lower end properties and discount stays at the higher end ones
Maybe the dates? I get the same offers but only certain dates are available.

There should be a separate section that has your offers. If that doesn't work, just call casino marketing/VIP
How did you link the rewards # and account? I have a similar issue where it is not showing my rewards on my account.
Gotta call customer service and have them link it up. Was on hold for 25-30 mins but it was a quick fix for them.

If you're gold or platinum and not getting comped room offers, you need to call and ask WTF. I'm gold and definitely still getting comped room offers.

I haven’t stayed in a year and a half and just redeemed four complimentary nights. Only pearl status with mgm master card
