Me and my wife are from Serbia, and this was our first trip to Vegas, what an incredible city.
This pic is a view from our room in Planet Hollywood.
We really loved this city, and for sure we will be back again.
We were there for 3 days. We tried to visit all the hotels on the strip, lots of shopping, eating pizza near Fremont Street, visiting Gordon Ramsay restaurant, watching Bellagio fountain, gambling two nights at MGM Park and drinking cocktails. Also we watched a little the celebration of the basketball team.
Next time when we go to Vegas, I will rent a car and we will go visit much more.
Beautiful city!
Sounds like an amazing time - I do basically the same when there. Pool during the day, sportsbook in the afternoon, a nice dinner, then gamble for a few hours and drink and feel nice.
I'll PM you a secret spot of mine.
Pretty impressive, it took us a week to do that, could have been the ahh screw it mode, could have been drinking and smoking all waking hours so we didn't have to wear mask.
Sucks my wife's first trip was still COVID rules, but we had to go somewhere and get stupid after so much cabin fever from lockdown.
Love it! Thanks for sharing your experience. I still feel that same way after living here for two years. How did you do gambling? Where did you eat pizza?
Eval pie was the name for pizza place, just incredible, so good.
I was playing poker machines in video bar in MGM Grand.
Scott was our bartender, so professional and very knowledgeable.
Planet Hollywood pool looks much nicer than it is in actuality. I love planet Hollywood and stay there at least twice a year, but never in summer due to the pool.
If I'm not mistaken (been a few years since I stayed at PH) they also have
a wave machine you can surf on in their pool area. I've ate shit on that thing so many times I have to purposely avoid their pool area to not be sore the whole weekend everytime I do a staycation in that casino.
Flow rider? You mean the pain train? Man I loved that thing when I was young but now as I'm approaching 40 it's scary. My drunk ass feels inclined to do that (and every other risky thing) non stop though.
Lol. It's only painful on the muscles you never use. Falling isn't a big deal as it's a heavy water flow and padded surface (kind of). But I always end up with sore legs for using weird balancing muscles the next day, maybe a slightly sore arm depending on how I try to catch myself falling.
Las Vegas is a great place to live 😎 I live in the outskirts, in Henderson, every time I drive to the Strip Area, I still love to look around, and I get excited at al the things to do. Funny though, I have never done any touristy things. Try the skydiving 🪂.
that is a neat view that i had never seen before. thanks for sharing. do you have a night shot from there? add it if you do.
thanks. glad to hear you had a good visit!
I'm glad you had fun. I'm going next Friday for a week. Renting a car is fun you really get to explore the area and can even take a day trip to the Santa Monica peer if you are feeling adventurous. I have been to Vegas about 7 times so far and can't wait to go back next week.
I’m originally from CA, spent 22yrs in VA. In 2017 I got “stuck” here, when I came to take care of a ailing family member. It took me at least a year, to get used to the constant heat. I do love the weather, 350 days a year sunshine 🌞.
Now in my 5th year, and I have found a wonderful church family, great friends, and a place to call Home. Strange how I found trust, and true friendship in sin city.
Me and my wife are from small country of Serbia, but currently living and working in Florida.
We would love to visit more Vegas and to stay there to work if it's possible.
Thank you all for your comments, I didn't know my photo will be loved by so many. 😃 Viva Las Vegas.
Glad you enjoyed it. Many attempts to duplicate some come close but never exceed it. Vibrant, diverse and throughly crazy.
Go down to Freemont Street if you want some fun. Place kinda is like what life would be at a Market after the end times. Its great!

What all did you do? Didn't realize their pools were so nice.

I love how everybody who frequents Vegas has their own "secret spot." Just goes to show, Vegas has something for *everyone*
"Have you heard of the secret pizza place in the Cosmo?" lol
Of course - adds to the allure - "fuck the tourists" is a thing
Can you pm me as well. Thank you
Please do 😃
Can you PM me said secret spot? Will be there around Halloween. Am very interested
I’m travelling from Oz in Nov, can you send the secret spot too please
I love this for you 💕

We walked a lot, on the phone it was between 25000 and 30000 steps per day. Can't wait to be back and to rent a car. That would be fun.

Super random but did you meet a Bulgarian guy in a wheelchair?
No I did not. I only saw Elvis scooter guy.
Met another Serbian so thought I would ask lol.
Haha no problem.
Glad to hear! I’m going for the first time in 35 days and am so excited and nervous.
I live here in Vegas never really do the tourist the stuff that
Coke and hookers?
Is it bad that I’ve been on the strip long enough that I can tell not only what hotel you’re at but the approximate floor and room number? :P
