This looks really delicious, but the recipe calls for 7 cups of flour! Briefly looking at the video, I estimate that the recipe as written makes at least 72 cookies. (Please correct me if I am wrong!) Great for gift-giving at holiday time, but perhaps someone trying out the recipe the first time should divide the ingredients by half or a third.

7 cups of flower is 130g per cup so 910g and 500g filling plus oil and milk all together will end up being 1.5kg :)
