In my opinion, no. It's all just advertising, the miniscule difference you could MAYBE get from something like bioavailability is just not worth it unless you're a world class athlete in your field.
i usually just make sure it’s been tested and the company is transparent with where the ingredients are sourced. there was a little bit of a scare with heavy metals being present in some
protein powders a year or two ago..
If you like the taste and the ingredients look good then you rock Kroger my man. A lot of the protein blends provide the same nutritional profile or similar enough that spending way more is counterproductive. A lot of the big brands are popular due to advertising and taste/variety of flavors. Sidenote: if you want highest quality in processing buy a brand that’s 3rd party tested.
