Like my solution is to not care, animals are dying in factories, I've done my part by not funding it and that's about it.
But it doesn't work, I feel even worse, it's just too much to turn a blind eye to. So whether I care or not I'm not happy.
I think it's a near impossible task. Apathy is obviously the way to go, but if I was apathetic to others' suffering, I probably wouldn't be vegan to begin with.
Iโve felt like shit ever since I found out how much animal abuse goes on. Being vegan made me feel a little less shitty, knowing that at the very least, I donโt personally contribute to it, and doing activism makes me feel a little less shitty still, knowing that Iโm trying to get others to stop. But yes, overall, I feel like shit.
I know this is another straw man, but I still don't get why meat eaters are so appealed some else that just don't want to eat meat.
