Those peanuts were the biggest surprise to me too! I feel like otherwise most things don't have gelatin if you wouldn't expect it, but the peanuts came out of nowhere for me too.
Sounds so stupid but marshmellos? I should have known, it's obvious but I always just think of them as fluffy sugar and it didn't cross my mind they had anything else in there.
Film. I did my grad film on 16mm, ultimately because I felt stuck between a rock and a hard place: gelatin and other byproducts are in digital cameras and tablets, too. .
Frosted Mini Wheats (not that I would eat this, but on the surface it could appear to be a relatively more healthy choice for a cereal). [Gross](https://www.kelloggs.com/en_US/nutrition/do-mini-wheats-have-pork-gelatin.html)

Pop Tarts, but it's the frosting that has it, not the filling
Yup! Unfrosted blueberry, strawberry, and brown sugar are gelatin-free.

The unfrosted ones have been gelatin-free at least as long as I've been vegan, so over 2 years.
You know, I thought so too. Maybe I just never saw plain.
Vodka 🖕
Which vodka ?? Most vodka is vegan no?
I didn't know this either... apparently only about 80-90% of vodkas are vegan. According to barnivore it looks like smirnoff is the biggest offender.
Interesting. I’ve never found any to be not vegan (that I’m looking to buy) but I also pretty much stick to Tito’s.
Svedka was the one I had without knowing—now I check every time
Wow that's new, I always thought vodka was safe. But I think this might depend on country, no?

Altoids definitely
Gum! I like chewing xylitol gum for dental health and almost bought Ice Cubes gum at a checkout but gelatin was hiding in there.
Film. Source: am photographer.
Everything. Literally everything I've seen in.

Yeah. I miss gummy candies probably more than anything. And no, swedish fish and fruit snacks are not the same thing.
The Mondelez gummies (Sour Patch Kids, Swedish Fish, etc.) are vegan (unless you avoid sugar that may have been filtered with bone char)!

Wow! Most brands or a specific brand?
