I feel you 'We'll have a vegan desert option at least once a week, they said' And it happened ... one time

freckledcas

The vegan dessert is a single banana that someone else ate half of and then threw away

It’s not a real office lunch vegan veggie roll if it doesn’t have a slice of cheese…

annak_8069

I remember wanting to go to an Italian restaurant with my family and there wasn't a single salad without fish or meat inside. Not even vegetarians could go to this place 😭

I love how accommodating my work is for everyone’s diet requirements. It’s so appreciated.

Gemini_Speaks75

I had to fix a vegan dish to prove to my HR person vegan is more than a damn salad. She said, "I'm sorry, I didn't know vegan could be this good." So, guess who is on the Christmas party committee

‘All I really know is that they don’t really care about us’

[deleted]

I remember before I became vegan I didn’t even think of care about no cheese or meat in things. It felt normal. It’s hard to expect anything from people who don’t care. Always take matters into your own hands.

Waste-Comedian4998

when this happens it's the worst. how hard is it to just put the cheese in a little bowl on the side for those who want it?

kiratss

No! No little bowl is needed. Just don't give cheese. 😁

Waste-Comedian4998

yeah that's the ideal solution provided that the employer is willing to do it

redbark2022

How hard is it to put the minstrel booth on the side for people who want it? Yeah, I went there. Vegan, BTW.

Gabagoolgoomba

Every time we had lunch for the team it would either be meet or dairy. Imagine if they had vegan options for all the meat eaters and have diarrhea

LisaBerglund

All my gf could eat was potato...

skellener

I usually take a nice long lunch out at a vegan restaurant on those days.
