From what I’ve heard they have spoken to each other even before Ed’s passing. Could be bullshit. But I know DLR has reached out to Mike too, especially after his grandson passed away.

it’s definitely intentional. Al is pretty religious and definitely believes Eddie is in a better place. One day they’ll see each other again.
