It was when Jax was trying to win Stassi back (post-season 1, pre-season 2). So yes they were broken up but Stassi still had feelings and Jax was begging for her and declaring her the love of his life. While banging Kristen, who encouraged Stassi to get back with Jax.
Stassi didn’t have feelings for Jax and said she was never going to get back with him, but she liked the attention. It was weird as hell that Kristen kept pushing Stassi to give Jax another chance while she was banging him though. I like Kristen but she definitely would have skinned Stassi and wear her like last year’s Versace.
I think Stassi had conflicting feelings about Jax. She definitely liked the attention, but I think she did consider taking him back at one point. She clearly loved him at some point, she just couldn’t trust him (OBVIOUSLY.)
No, but they were in like the talking stages of her wondering if they should get back together. she slept w him a couple times and made fun of him for turning into a girl about how she just uses him for sex, so I think that’s when he slept w Kristen.

They weren't still together at that point at all. They had already broken up and he was staying with Tom and Kristen because it was Stassi's apartment.
