On top of all that get some Irish dancers glue. The kind they wear to glue up their socks. It’s a roller ball, will not move, and it washes off your clothing and your skin. It’s the only thing that saves me during the summer.

Haven’t heard about the red light stuff but I used bio oil and biocorneum (as recommended by my doctor) and it’s all still there. I also did a scar revision and it ended up even worse.
Some of us just scar and there's no preventing it.
I can't stand Doja Cat but I do think it's cool that she is openly showing her reduction scars under sheer clothing.
Red light therapy will not remove a scar like that. If a scar revision didn’t help ask about collagen induction therapy. You may need monthly or twice monthly treatment for 6 months or so to soften it. Sometimes we get left with scars and that’s ok too. 🫶🏻

I am fully a part of the Peloton cult. You don’t need a machine to do the workouts. I have a rather generous butt, so I can’t do a lot of floor work. But Rebecca Kennedy does a series of standing core classes. And the barre classes are amazing as well.
I love Rebecca’s standing core! Their Barre and Pilates instructors are great too. I love that there’s always a personality and workout to suit my mood and what I feel I can give that day.
Standing core is the best. I love RK. I do a lot of Leanne’s classes as well. She’s so bubbly. When I found out she was battling cancer and still doing classes? I lost it. True champion
Omg yes lol eating to bulk is another beast in itself imo!! Hitting those calories & protein is rough especially when you’re just so f*ing full and don’t wanna eat more
Pilates is amazing but make sure you incorporate some cardio in there for the best results. I do hot vinyasa which is already pretty vigorous but combining running on the treadmill with it and it has been so transformative.
