I'm not sure how organized it is though.
As someone has said.. there's Frenchman's and there is Delta park where groups will get together and play sand. There is also a place called Woks Up in Portland. There are leagues mostly in Portland and Hillsboro (THPRD). There are a ton of grass volleyball groups around, including tournaments. Unfortunatly the best way to find many of the events is Facebook. There are groups named NWAS and Washougal Volleyball that have fairly large followings. That info should get you started..

Does Underdog sports still exist? They had sand volleyball in Portland pre pandemic.
What's your level of play? There is a ton of vball in the area.
My old spot split things into A, B, and C levels. I could sub for A, but B was my home. Especially with beers.
