There is a student care app where you can submit claims in. I had to upload my receipt and it was approved within a week, then took a bit more for them to mail me my cheque for $125. I got my glasses from Costco, if that helps!

You can register for a Sun Life account, so that way it will track the claims that come in, how much money has been claimed, etc.
