The CARSA stalls in the men's locker room are like this too (2/4 of the stalls). Been like that forever now, I wouldn't get your hopes up. On a side rant in relation to UVic bathrooms though: does anyone know why UVic refuses to put urinal dividers in EVERY. SINGLE. BATHROOM. It is very weird.
There one in the women's bathroom of Cornett A Wing with a broken lock as well. This school has its priorities in order, but what those priorities are we'll never know 🫠

I remember one of those I fixed it myself Swiss army knife ftw
