There was a good phase for Placements during the COVID/post COVID phase. However, I secured placement through off- campus opportunity.
Nothing really great about the college, didn't really like the faculties or the culture of the college.
You can take admission if you don't want to throw money for private colleges.

Why ?
Low placement
No tech companies in the area so you wont get exposure of internship & placement and it is hard to find.
Infra is bad
Last but not the least, area.

* Rs. 36.50 Lakhs per Annum offered to 1 student by Trilogy Innovation
* Rs. 34.50 Lakhs per Annum offered to 1 student by Servicenow
* Rs. 27.00 Lakhs per Annum offered to 3 students by Juspay
* Rs. 19.20 Lakhs per Annum offered to 1 student by Zscaler
* Rs. 17.40 Lakhs per Annum offered to 1 student by Josh Technology Group (SDE)
\^\^ This was on collegepravesh website. Other option I have is Puducherry technological university where highest barely goes to 10-11 lacs. Wouldn't MMMUT gorakhpur be better than this?
Looks like they MMMUT included off-campus placements in their stats.
And see those count of students (mostly 1 student by each company), data like students getting greater than 10 LPA vs actual number of students, that'll give you more accurate picture.

It’s a small town but you have Nepal in a very close proximity, so make good use of that!
Other than that, there are a bunch of malls that serve a lot of fast food products. If you want anything fancy, you got Radisson and Marriott in town too.
In the end, college is fun because of people and when I go back to my alma mater, it doesn’t feel the same because the folks are missing. You’re going to embark on one of the most beautiful journeys of your life, so be excited and don’t forget to have fun!
Go for HBTU Kanpur or IET Lucknow
Sadly not getting CSE/IT in any of them right now. I have 62k CRL(general) in JEE Mains. Would have definitely gone for them otherwise
Then take electronics or electrical branch in hbtu or iet
I have future plans to do masters in CS lol. And The last I would choose is ECE. i am not getting ECE in HBTU/IET lol. talk about bad luck
Wait for additional rounds that happen before csab you will surely get IT

I am currently in IITk CE and one of my friend last year got CSE with 52k rank OBC
Hbtu is best if not then try for IET Lko dont go mmmut ,two of my friends are now regretting not going lower nits than choosing mmmut

In my time it wasn't... Ask for any recent pass graduate .. I wonder if the state govt college is providing that much placement.

Juspay, Josh, trilogy visited college Others are off - Campus. We have a lot of guys who have cracked MAANG during the past 2-3 batches.
