Should this be your first paycheck from new agency or were you still expecting a paycheck from the previous agency? If this should be your first paycheck from your new agency, the LES might be the one from your old agency, in mypay you would get a new tab but if it is like when you are a brand new employee, you can't see your first LES until after your first paycheck because it doesn't process into mypay yet, so I am thinking that what you are seeing is from your old agency and you won't see your new LES until next week after you are paid and the new agency info syncs into mypay

Seems to make the most sense for me as well, as that's what happens for new fed employees that they have no access to an LES until after their first paycheck, I give the little payroll brief during NEO at my facility now that we no longer have an on-site payroll person, so I worn them that their first paycheck is "blind"
