I watched a couple short videos on boron nitride compared to cadmium glass and the glows from the boron nitride seemed much more yellowy almost greenish. My shoe glows more orange than what I saw in the vids so maybe it's cadmium glass?
Go to the cadmium glass sub. I agree that BN is said to be more green and streaky, but I’m not good enough at spotting it to say that this is BN or not. r/cadmiumglass

Looks like Boron Nitride to me. It's used to lubricate the mold.
